Adsense is your way to earn money either from youtube or blogger, first of all to mske adsense account you need to have a google account(Gmail) then you go to this URL www.google.com/adsense 

Then press SIGN UP NOW 

Now you will press create a new google if you don't have one if you already created one then press to sihn in with it account 

Then you had to fill the blanks

After that you will be redirected to google adsense page to submit
