1- Open www.Paypal.com
2- Press Sign Up
3-Choose your country ( make sure to select your current region or country because you cannot change it in the future)
4- choose personal or Business account.
5-fill the blanks.
6-fill in your criedt card information if you want to skip this step for the moment press on view my aaccount but you cannot make and moves in your account before you get verified.
